I'm Stephanie.
Meet Stephanie Ramonet. As IP Account Coordinator at Stratford, Stephanie is part of a team of experts delivering end-to-end IP support and strategy services. Working closely with the client-facing team, she leans in as a trusted IP funding guide.
Stephanie Ramonet specializes in managing project traffic and client reporting to enable project delivery and transparent communication. Liaising closely with our government partners, she assists clients in leveraging IP funding opportunities to unlock new avenues for growth and facilitating innovation.
With experience in professional and academic research environments, Stephanie is continuously looking for ways to improve established processes and procedures. Her research-based background equips her with the analytical and organizational acumen required for successful and valuable project management within Stratford IP.

What drew you to Stratford?
Stratford presented a unique opportunity for professional growth, pushing me beyond my comfort zone. They share my enthusiasm for continuous learning, providing me with ample opportunities to expand and thrive within a dynamic team.

What do you hope your clients take away from working with you/Stratford?
Through working with Stratford, I hope our clients understand our dedication and the importance we place on proactivity.
What is your favourite part of your job or type of client engagement?
One of the aspects I enjoy most about my job is tackling new challenges by devising innovative solutions and revamping current processes.
What do you listen to while at work?
I usually leave it up to the Spotify AI DJ to curate my daily music, that way there is always something new.
Can you share your most used productivity hack?
2-minute rule: If a task takes less than 2 minutes (or ~5) to complete, do it immediately rather than adding it to your to-do list.
What is your proudest accomplishment (can be personal or professional)?
I successfully completed my Honours Thesis in an application of computational neuroscience I had previously never dealt with. It was an exciting challenge and extremely fulfilling.
What is your favourite way to give back to your community?
As an Ottawa local, I love to support local charities aiding our community – namely, I am an avid supporter of the Ottawa Humane Society.
What was your first job?
My first job was face-painting at kids’ birthday parties and events.
