Stratford Group is proud to announce its new collaboration with the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, to launch High-Performance Leadership, a dynamic virtual program designed to equip leaders with the critical habits needed for sustainable personal and team success.

    This partnership represents the next evolution of Stratford’s highly regarded Leadership for Success program, reflecting our continuous commitment to helping leaders grow and thrive. Stratford has developed a robust framework of workshops, coaching, and behavioural assessments that have consistently yielded results.

    Over the years, Stratford has empowered hundreds of leaders across Ontario to build confidence, gain clarity, and drive meaningful change. Now, we are thrilled to integrate these proven strategies into this new program offering at Telfer building on that foundation by integrating our proven methodologies with the added value of formal certification.

    High-Performance Leadership offers a practical, time-efficient and flexible framework for participants completing about 30 hours of blended learning (including both self-paced and live learning, and coaching) to gain the skills they need to apply directly with their teams.
