    The session will help HR professionals understand key decision criteria that will support establishing an Employee Value Proposition that differentiates their organization. It will support their ability to influence and advise senior management on a planned and strategic approach to attracting and retaining the talented employees required by the organization.

    About Mike:

    A seasoned human resources executive and President of Stratford People & culture, Mike has extensive experience deploying HR solutions in all business environments. He has worked with publicly-traded companies and private companies as well as those entering the IPO process. Mike has supported large multinationals to small family-founded organizations. He provides HR assistance to companies in aggressive growth mode along with those undergoing significant business transformations, and has in-depth experience working with boards of directors and HR compensation committees.

    Mike is an in-demand thought leader who has spoken at numerous international HR conferences. He holds a B.A. in law and sociology, an HR management certificate and achieved the SHRP certification – the highest HR certification level in Canada.

    Alison is a Senior Consultant in Stratford's Human Resources practice with a deep expertise in Total Rewards and HRIS. Bringing more than 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, she is well equipped in successfully executing total rewards strategies and programs in a range of sectors, including not-for-profit, municipality, technology, resources, and financial services.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional (WorldatWork) and  Certified Equity Professional (CEPI Institute).

    Her particular areas of expertise include: Compensation; Job Leveling and Job Evaluation; Benefits; Competency models; Process Improvement Initiatives and HR Systems Optimization.
