# Compensation Insights Needed

 Stratford launches National Agriculture Sector Compensation Survey and we are looking for participants!

Stratford is launching our first National Agriculture Sector Compensation Survey—an important initiative designed to support organizations across Canada’s agricultural and agriculture-adjacent industries with reliable, sector-specific compensation data.

As the sector continues to evolve and compete for skilled talent, up-to-date compensation benchmarks are more critical than ever. This survey offers a meaningful opportunity for employers to contribute to a national resource that will inform salary, benefits, and total rewards strategies—helping organizations remain competitive, fair, and forward-looking.

#### Why Participate?

- 🔐 Strictly confidential—all responses reported only in aggregate
