Ottawa, ON – December 16, 2025 – Stratford Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jordan Pynn as President of Stratford Intellectual Property, effective December 1, 2025. Stratford Intellectual Property is a division of Stratford Group, alongside Stratford Management Consulting and Stratford People & Culture, enhancing company performance and delivering customized solutions that realize value, achieve results and build enduring capabilities.
Jordan brings more than 25 years of corporate experience and has spent the past 12 years helping shape Stratford Intellectual Property into the trusted, full-service intellectual property advisory it is today. He succeeds Natalie Giroux, Founder of Stratford Intellectual Property, who retired at the end of November following a distinguished career defined by vision, rigour, and an unwavering commitment to clients.
Since joining Stratford in January 2014, Jordan has been a driving force behind the growth and evolution of Stratford Intellectual Property. He has led IP operations, expanded the firm’s presence into the United States with the opening of its California office, and played a key role in advancing the business’s M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory capabilities. His steady leadership and deep operational expertise have made him a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike.

He will work closely with colleagues across all three business units to ensure Stratford Group continues to deliver integrated, high-impact support to its clients.

Originally from Ottawa, Jordan now resides in San Diego, California, while maintaining strong ties to Canada through frequent travel. He enjoys the Southern California lifestyle with his wife, Kate, and their three-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Annie. A lifelong hockey fan and avid golfer, Jordan is often the first off the tees at Torrey Pines on Saturday mornings. He holds a business diploma from Algonquin College, is an active member of the San Diego Vistage CEO Peer Group, and plans to pursue an MBA in the coming years.
