The Stratford team is sending a huge congratulations to client Fullscript and its CEO Kyle Braatz with the announcement that the Best Ottawa Business Awards (the BOBs) have named Kyle Braatz as their 2022 CEO of the Year.

    The next generation technology sector leader is the 23rd recipient of the award, joining a prestigious group of past winners that includes Shopify co-founder Tobi Lütke, Kinaxis CEO John Sicard, and Altis Recruitment and excelHR co-founder and CEO Kathryn Tremblay.

    “(Braatz) is quite unique from his predecessors,” said Eric Lathrop, managing partner at Boyden, which specializes in executive recruitment in Ottawa. “Having a recipient under the age of 40 really illustrates that next-generation leaders are stepping up in Ottawa’s technology sector to continue its growth and evolution.”

    The BOBs are an awarded annually in the fall to 25+ Ottawa businesses. Presented by The Ottawa Board of Trade and the Ottawa Business Journal, they highlight the innovation, leadership and success of dozens of companies in Ottawa and recognize organizations that are driving economic and community growth. The 2022 awards will be awarded on November 24 at a gala in the Westin Ottawa hotel. Categories include: Best Business, Best New Business, Best Performance, Deals of the Year, Newsmaker of the Year and more.
